Our Commitment During COVID-19
The health and well-being of Jornaya and our communities remain a priority as the nation monitors the COVID-19 outbreak. During this uncertain time, we are committed to these three areas: (1) Ensuring the safety of our employees, (2) Providing excellent and uninterrupted service to our customers and partners, and (3) Doing our part to prevent the spread of the virus. As announced last week, we have implemented a restriction on non-essential travel. We have canceled our attendance at several industry conferences and postponed our own Journey Summit previously scheduled for May. Additionally, we continue to maintain our stringent business continuity and disaster recovery plans, which ensure the stability of our operations and services. We want to assure you, our customers and partners, that we remain fully committed to the continuity and success of all Jornaya services being provided to you. We are also doing our part to help prevent the spread of the virus by supporting a remote workforce in the days ahead. At Jornaya, we have considerable experience working successfully as a distributed workforce, and we are adding full support to ensure this continues. Our team is not only concerned with keeping ourselves and our families healthy but also in helping to reduce the spread of COVID-19. If you have any questions or concerns about your services, please don’t hesitate to reach out to your Jornaya contact, our support team or online. Ross Shanken is Founder & CEO of Jornaya. |
